Sponsor SXC2025?

For the eighth year, Zington is arranging the conference STHLM Xperience Conference. The first-year we had 170 participants, second-year 200+ participants. 2020 we conducted a free digital conference with over 1200 signed-up participants. This year we are planning for a hybrid event with 300+ participants. The target group for the conference are UX Designers, Service Designers, Visual Designers, and managers within IT. The conference is on World Usability Day (second Thursday of November). We will be at the 7A Posthuset - one of Stockholm’s premium venues. 

Earlier sponsors of the conference have been UXPin, TestOn, Usabilla, Tobii, and Zington (formally known as Claremont). 

We have 3 levels of sponsorship: Exhibitor (smallest), Sponsor (medium) and Partner (largest). We strive to provide value for our participants, therefore we kindly ask you to fill in the application form below to express your interest in sponsorship.

Exhibitor (3 spots)

As an Exhibitor of the conference you get:

    • Logo and information about your company on sponsor’s page​
    • A stand of 2x2 meters in the break area
    • 2 tickets to the conference as exhibitors
    • A unique discount code for additional tickets 30% valid until October 30th
    • Social media marketing of your exhibition​: mention in a our Story on Instagram

As an Exhibitor of the conference, we would like you to:

    • Spread the word about STHLM Xperience Conference in your channels
    • Embrace equality since it is important for our conference code of conduct in your representation

Sponsor (3 spots)

As a Sponsor of the conference you get:

    • Logo and information about your company on sponsor’s page​ & in the footer
    • Your logo on printed material e.g. rollups and photo wall
    • 3 tickets to the conference as exhibitors/speakers/WS facilitators
    • 2 tickets for your disposal (e.g. customers or internal)
    • A 40 or 60 min workshop
    • Social media marketing of your wokrshop and your sponsorship: mention in a Story on Instagram and in Sponsor carousel post, as well as Workshop announcement post.
    • A stand of 2x2 meters in the break area
    • A unique discount code for additional tickets 30% valid until October 30th
    • Mention in our newsletters (1000+ subscribers)


    As a Sponsor of the conference, we would like you to:

    • Spread the word about STHLM Xperience Conference in your channels
    • Talk about the impact and value of your product/service, preferably together with a client or about an actual case. (No selling on stage)
    • Embrace equality since it is important for our conference code of conduct in your representation

Partner (1 spot)

As a Partner of the conference you get:

    • Larger logo and information about your company on sponsor’s page​ & in the footer.
    • Larger logo on printed material e.g. rollups and photo wall.
    • 5 tickets to the conference as exhibitors/speakers/WS facilitators
    • 5 tickets for your disposal (e.g. customers or internal)
    • A 15 min speech on the main stage and a possibility to hold a 40 min workshop
    • Social media marketing of your wokrshop and your sponsorship: mention in a Story on Instagram and in Sponsor carousel post, Speaker announcement post and a separate post about your company.
    • A stand of 4x2 meters in the break area
    • A unique discount code for additional tickets 30% valid until October 30th
    • Mention in our newsletters (1000+ subscribers) and a possibility to create your own email that will be sent separately.
    • Your company’s name on a workshop room​

    As a Partner of the conference, we would like you to:
